Refund policy

We always want you to feel good about your Livvy experience. That said, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges

Our products are consumable items, and once they leave our facility, we’re unable to take them back. We appreciate your understanding. 

If something feels off or you have concerns about your order, please reach out. We’re real humans and we genuinely want to help however we can.

Product issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Things happen, and we've got you. If there's an issue, we'll take a look and do our best to make it right. Your happiness matters to us, and we'll always aim to find a fair solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, such as leaking product, please contact us at hello@livvydrinks.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds 
Refunds are not offered for returned products, as we do not accept returns.
